- ½ lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb French style green beans
- ½ small onion, chopped
- 1 ½ T The Flavored Olive Morrocan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2-3 T The Flavored Olive Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- Grated parmigiano reggiano
Preheat oven to 450*. Wash, dry and slice mushrooms. Snip off the ends of the green beans and cut in half. Mix together mushrooms, beans and onions with The Flavored Olive Morrocan Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. Roast in oven for 20-25 min, until mushrooms and beans are tender. Remove from baking sheet into serving bowl and salt and pepper to taste, add parmigiano reggiano and drizzle extra balsamic vinegar on top.
