- 1 ½ lbs skirt steak
- The Flavored Olive Citrus Habanero EVOO
- ½ lemon, juiced
- S+P to taste
- 1-2 Palmfuls of Italian seasoning
- 1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed and chopped
- ¼ of a red onion
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- European Cucumber, sliced
Marinate the skirt steak with S+P, Italian seasoning and The Flavored Olive Citrus Habanero EVOO (enough to coat it and rub it all in to the meat) for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare salad and for the dressing wisk together the lemon juice, The Flavored Olive Citrus Habanero EVOO, S+P and Italian seasoning.
Grill the steak how you like it done, let it sit a few minutes then slice it. Mix together the salad and dressing and top with the steak.
