Hummus

  • 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼-1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic, roughly chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grated parmesan, optional
  • Flavored Olive Oil

Add all ingredients into a food processor and begin to process. Drizzle in any flavor of The Flavored Olive’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil, about ½ cup.

Recommended flavors- Sun Dried Tomato and Parmesan Garlic, Rosemary, Roasted Garlic, Lemon or Italian Herb.

Serve with pita chips.
